Our cleaning service is designed to deliver a consistently high standard of presentation for every stay. Each cleaner is personally hand-picked by your co-hosts to ensure the right level of care, reliability and attention to detail. We work with trained, trusted professionals who understand the standards required for quality short-stay accommodation, ensuring your property is reset beautifully between each booking.

For us to deliver consistent, hotel-level presentation and smooth turnovers, linen must be managed through a unified system.
Without a structured linen process, turnovers are at risk of delays, shortages, mismatched items, or last-minute washing all of which directly impact guest satisfaction and reviews.By keeping cleaning and linen aligned, we ensure every stay is reset to the same standard, with no interruptions, no guesswork, and no operational hiccups.
Hire LinenIf you choose hire linen, we set up your linen hire account for you. Hire linen is supplied, washed professionally off-site, and kept in rotation for your property.
Linen is invoiced monthly, and we handle all communication and coordination on your behalf.Owner Linen
If you prefer to supply your own linen, it is processed through the same commercial system.

We’re Amanda and Oliver a young family based in Agnes Water, building a co-hosting and short-term rental management business grounded in real experience, not theory.
Three years ago, we purchased, renovated and launched our very first Airbnb, managing every part of it ourselves from setup and pricing to guest experience and day-to-day operations. Seeing that property perform successfully fuelled our passion for short-stay accommodation and showed us just how powerful thoughtful, consistent management can be.
That experience shaped the way we operate today.
After relocating to Agnes Water and launching our own properties here, we extended that knowledge into co-hosting offering other owners the same systems, care and attention that helped our own stays succeed.
We believe every guest should feel like they’re the first. Not rushed through a process or treated like a booking number, but genuinely welcomed, supported and looked after. We also understand that busy day-to-day lives don’t always allow owners to offer that level of care consistently and that’s where we come in.
Short-term rental performance is driven by reviews. When guests are well cared for and their experience is handled properly, listings build stronger visibility, trust and momentum. By taking full responsibility for guest communication and support, we protect that experience at every stage allowing listings to perform consistently and owners to benefit from stronger long-term results.
